Dealer Pricing
Dealer pricing is available for minimum orders of three (3) exhaust systems that must total $2500 or more. To qualify for dealer pricing, a dealer application must be on file prior to ordering. Dealers must have a valid resale certificate on file in order to be tax exempt. Please email sales@exoticchoppers.com for dealer qualification.
PRICING
Exotic Choppers, Inc. reserves the right to change pricing, terms and conditions without notice.
TERMS
All orders are shipped pre-paid. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and money orders. Shipping/Handling/Insurance fees will apply. 6.5% sales tax applies to Florida residents. Transactions for credit card orders will be processed at the time of order. Transactions paid via money order are not processed until payment clears. All foreign orders must be pre-paid in U.S. dollars. There are no cancellations on any purchases what so ever due to time or otherwise. Delivery times given are "estimates" not a contracted date, we out source our finishes on our products and have no control over their delivery times.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS. You may request your order to be shipped Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select or Saturday delivery for an extra charge. All claims for damages are to be made directly to UPS as well as reported to Exotic Choppers, Inc. within 24 hours of receipt. We will assist when necessary. Exotic Choppers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, if you would like a mandatory signature confirmation it must be requested and there is a $5 charge. Tracking numbers are emailed on the day the customer's order ships. Please note, tracking information may not be available for up to 24 hours after items leave our facility.
PRODUCT CHANGES
Exotic Choppers, Inc. reserve the right to discontinue any product(s) as deemed necessary. We also retain the right to make changes in design, construction or specifications of the product(s) we manufacture at any time without incurring any obligation to incorporate such changes in product(s) previously sold.
RETURNS
Each exhaust or intake is custom built to customers requested options and and is considered a final sale. Exotic Choppers, Inc. requires that you contact us directly BEFORE you return any product for defects. Shipping damage is not the responsibility of Exotic Choppers but the shipping company. Any and all returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt and must be packaged well and be insured for full amount. Exotic Choppers, Inc. is not responsible for any shipping reimbursements for any reason. All product returns are subject to inspection for determination of defect. You mount it, you own it. NO RETURNS on electrical, fabricated or special order parts.
LIMITED WARRANTY
All Exotic Choppers, Inc. products sold or manufactured have a 90 day warranty period from date of delivery against all material or workmanship defects. Exotic Choppers, Inc. assumes no responsibility for damages or injuries, which may result from the use or installation of its products, whether or not properly installed. Exotic Choppers, Inc. shall have no obligation hereunder in the event the products have been modified by any other person or organization, or where the products become defective in whole or in part as a result of improper installation, improper maintenance, improper use, abnormal operation or any other misuse or mistreatment of the product. Exotic Choppers, Inc. shall not assume any responsibility for special, incidental or consequential damages or costs incurred due to failure of the product. We make no claims as to the fitness of any particular use of our products, as the end use is the responsibility of the customer. Exotic Choppers, Inc. highly recommends installation of our products be performed by a professionally licensed motorcycle mechanic. Exotic Choppers, Inc. is not responsible for any shipping reimbursements for any reason. Limited Warranty is non-transferrable. Origional invoice is needed for any claim.
CHROME WARRANTY
Exotic Choppers, Inc. products are chrome plated to the highest quality. We strive to provide you with top-rated show quality chrome. However, the life of your product's appearance largely depends upon the environmental conditions and your care/maintenance. Chrome products should be maintained properly with regular cleanings with mild soap and water. Do not use abrasive cleaners. Exotic Choppers, Inc. reserves the right to determine if the product has been properly maintained and has not been abused. Exotic Choppers, Inc. warrants defects in material and workmanship of chrome plating for all products sold or manufactured for six months from the original date of purchase. Exotic Choppers, Inc. is not responsible for any shipping reimbursements for any reason. Applicable defects are peeling, cracking and/or separation of the plating from the product.
EXHAUST WARRANTY
All of our exhaust systems are warranted against defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of 90 days from date of delivery. This does not cover finishes such as plating, ceramic, or painted surfaces with discoloration or rust. Blueing is caused by tuning characteristics, cam timing, carburetor jetting, over-heating, etc. and is not caused by defective manufacturing. Once you have installed your system and/or started your motorcycle, there is no refund on exhaust pipes and mufflers except in the case of a manufacturing/workmanship defect. This warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the system, which may be proven defective under normal use. We will not warranty any system that has been abused, misused, improperly installed, or modified. We will not be responsible for any labor charges incurred while installing, removing or replacing any system under warranty or after purchase. Exotic Choppers, Inc. is not responsible for any shipping reimbursements for any reason.Exhaust warranty is non-transferrable.
